Webinar Description: This webinar is the second of a 3-part series on the intersection of migraine and opioid use disorder (OUD). Chronic headache conditions such as migraine can be treated with multiple non-opioid, non-pharmacologic approaches. The faculty will explore the different types of interventional procedures, non-invasive neuromodulation, and psychological/behavioral approaches that are now available to help manage migraine, while reducing reliance on opioids and other analgesics. Appropriate referral and multimodal integration of such strategies can be especially helpful for patients with chronic headache and comorbid OUD.

Educational Objectives:

• Describe the appropriate use of interventional strategies in the migraine patient
• Define and explain new advances in non-invasive neuromodulation for migraine
• Develop a framework to incorporate behavioral strategies into migraine management
